Frequently Asked Questions
How does the pricing work?
We offer 3 options of how we set up our bar and how you as the host pays.
Open Bar – Great for parties
Host pays for the hiring fees and all drinks. Guests can get anything from the selected menu and the host will pick up the entire tab at the events conclusion.
Sponsored Bar – Most popular
Host pays the hiring fees and sets a tab amount. When the tab runs out, guests must pay for any further drinks.
Cash Bar – Best option for tight budgets
Host only pays the hiring fees and guests must pay for all drinks they wish to have.
What is included in the service?
Full bar set-up
Includes a choice of our two bars, optional tap beer system, washing up station.
Bartenders and waitstaff
A friendly team ready to serve you. Our staff will serve you drinks at the bar as well as run drinks to tables, take drinks orders at tables, and clear empties.
Glasses and fully equipped bar
Including all glasses for drinks, bar equipment to make cocktails and serve you delicious drinks.
Alcohol and Drinks
All alcohol and drinks is provided by us. A personalised menu is designed by you to perfectly suit you and your guests tastes

How much does it cost?
No two events are priced the same!
Our price depends on many different factors. Visit our services page to learn more or fill out a quote form now.
Do we pick what goes on the menu?
We allow our guests to pick exactly what drinks are served at their event.
You pick:
- Wine types and Brands
- Beer types and Brands
- Spirits and Premium spirits
- Cocktails and Shots
- Non-Alcoholics
Do you travel for events?
We operate all across the north island, however, the further we need to travel, the higher the cost. View our map to see which zone you fall under.
Do you need to supply power?
In order for us to operate best, we do require power which we cannot provide ourselves. However, If power is not available, we can still operate.
Do we need a liquor licence?
We will sort out the licence depending on if your event needs it. If your event needs a licence, we will need at least 30 days for the licence to be issued.
You dont need a licence if your event:
- Is on private property
- You choose the open bar payment option
Where can you set up the bar?
We can set up the bar anywhere where alcohol can be sold and consumed.
We can set-up:
- On private property
- On council property such as community halls (with consent and a licence)
We cannot set up:
- On public property (beachs, public courtyards etc.)
- At places where alcohol is not allowed such as schools.
- Unconcenting council property
